Application refers to Binaural Beats Brain Waves, the software program provided by the Company.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Our analytics providers may infer an approximate region (such as country or city) from Your IP address. The Application itself never accesses Your Device's location.

Because the Application has no accounts, the identifiers We hold are pseudonymous and tied to Your app installation, not to Your name. Uninstalling the Application ends collection from Your Device, and a reinstall generates fresh app identifiers. (Your Device's advertising identifier persists across reinstalls until You reset it in Your Device settings.)
You may also contact Us to request deletion of the data associated with Your installation. We will honor verified requests and forward them to Our Service Providers where applicable. Because We hold no account data, We may ask You for information from Your Device (such as identifiers shown in the Application or Your purchase details) to locate the data associated with Your installation.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
