Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at the BirDaddio website and the BirDaddio app.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchase with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named BirDaddio

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BirDaddio.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

  • Website refers to BirDaddio, accessible from http://birdaddio.net

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Reprints and Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for reprint or return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods have a printing or manufacturing defect.
  • You can take photographs of the Goods clearly illustrating the defect.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods attributed to Your error, including wrong size, color, or "change of mind".
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse reprints or returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Requesting Reprints or Returns

Please check the inbox of the email You used during checkout after the Goods have been delivered. We send an email from BirDaddio, [email protected] where You can submit feedback or report a problem. Click the link in the email to visit Our Printer Order Page with a detailed overview of Your Order. Here, follow the instructions for "Reporting a problem". Please follow these instructions and those found in all subsequent communications with Us regarding the reprint or return of goods so that We may evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
