This Privacy Policy describes how the Age of Clicks: Full Edition application processes information when you use the application, as well as informs you about your privacy rights.
The Age of Clicks: Full Edition application does not use third-party software modules (SDKs) for displaying ads, analytics, or data collection. The application does not have advertising, analytical, or any other modules that transmit data to external services.
During the application's operation, no SDKs collect technical information, including: IP address, device advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA), device type and model, interaction data, or any other technical information.
We do not request or process personal data such as name, email address, phone number or any other identifiers. The Age of Clicks: Full Edition application does not have internet access and does not transmit any data either directly or through third-party SDKs. Game progress is saved exclusively locally on your device and does not leave its limits.
The application is not intended to specifically collect data on children under the age of 13 (or 16 according to GDPR in the European Economic Area). Since the app does not collect any data at all and does not transfer it to third parties, it is safe for users of any age. Parents or guardians can be sure that no personal information of their child will be obtained, processed or disclosed.
The Age of Clicks: Full Edition application does not request or require the following permissions: access to contacts, access to camera or microphone, access to geolocation, access to files and media (except for the application's own protected folder, if required to save progress). The only thing that may require basic permission to write to local storage is the automatic saving of your progress (levels, sound settings) on the device itself. This data never leaves your phone and is not visible to the developer.
Since the application does not collect personal data, all rights provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are automatically respected. You do not need to request access to your data (they simply do not exist), request the deletion of data (there is nothing to delete), or revoke consent to processing (it was not requested). Age of Clicks: Full Edition does not automatically send crash reports. If the game crashes, you can manually notify us by e-mail, attaching a screenshot or a description of the action. In this case, we will receive only the information that you voluntarily choose to send to us.
